The standard back-of-house baler — stands up against a wall, loads by hand. Most of our service calls run on vertical balers in grocery, retail, condos, and strip-mall properties.

It won’t turn on

The baler is dead — no power, no cycle, or the control panel is showing an error. Usually electrical, sometimes a safety switch issue.

It’s slow or weak

The baler runs but takes forever to compress, or the bales are coming out loose. Usually a hydraulic issue.

The ram is stuck

The ram pushed down and won’t come back up. Could be a jam, a stuck valve, or something more involved — we’ll figure it out.

It’s leaking oil

Hydraulic fluid on the floor around the baler. Could be a hose, a fitting, or a worn seal in the cylinder. We carry the fix on the truck.

Bales won’t come out

The bale is finished but it won’t eject, or the auto-tie keeps missing the wire. Common on older horizontal balers.

It failed a safety check

An inspector or insurance audit flagged something — missing guards, a broken e-stop, or another safety issue. We can fix it and document it.
